Anna Gladstone, President and shareholder, is a 38 year hospitality industry veteran. She has proven expertise in leading successful executive teams, negotiating and supervising management/consulting contracts and delivering cost efficiency to the bottom line. She is responsible for all financial aspects of SAT Meetings & Conventions.
Before founding SAT Meetings & Conventions in 1988, Anna Gladstone was Director of Acquisitions and Tour Planning Supervisor for Viaggi del Ventaglio in Milan, Italy. She was responsible for the acquisition of the company's first resort in the Caribbean. Prior to joining Viaggi del Ventaglio, spent 6 years with Mondorama in Italy. During her career Gladstone has worked in many aspects of tour operations. She earned a B.A. degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Meeting and Event Management from Institute of Tourism L.V. Bertarelli in Italy.

Executive Vice President / Shareholder
Rubén Antón, Executive Vice President and Shareholder, is a 30 year hospitality industry professional. In his role with SAT Meetings & Conventions, Antón is responsible for ensuring clients can count on excellent and consistent event implementation. focuses on services and top-level solutions; he specializes in logistics, VIP and celebrity interaction, brand awareness through event marketing, and most important -- crisis management. As Executive Vice President he manages a portfolio of corporations doing business globally, and offers expertise on North and South America, Europe, Middle and Far East destinations, hotels, and transportation for European corporate accounts.
Prior to joining SAT Meetings & Conventions in 1988, Antón was a business travel manager for more than 20 years with extensive experience as both tour operator and tour director with such organizations as American Express, Agentours International, Allied Tours, Far West Travel and Consolidated Tours of North America.

Bruno Baldereschi, Director of Operations of meeting services and incentive travel planning, has more than 24 years of experience. Baldereschi is a seasoned leader who directs a team of professional certified meeting planners. In this role, Baldereschi provides management to planning and execution of its key meeting, event and incentive travel programs activities and to ensure SAT Meetings & Conventions continues to provide excellent quality service to its clients. Under Baldereschi's stewardship, SAT has handled the planning of multiple conferences with complex and varying scopes for a wide range of corporate clients.
Prior to joining , SAT Meetings & Conventions, Baldereschi served as a Tour Coordinator at Americantours International, Inc. Baldereschi began his career in 1984 with Hotel Canva Riviera au Lac/Luganhotels & Restaurants in Lugano, Switzerland in as a front desk clerk and rose through the hotel industry ranks on to direct their sales and marketing team.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Meeting and Event Management from Institute of Tourism in Cagliari, Italy.
As associate director and partner with SAT Meetings & Conventions, Ramella brings over 9 years of Corporate Meeting planning and operations experience; with a strong strategic sales & marketing background. This experience includes the ability to plan and produce Domestic as well as International meetings with attendees ranging from 10-5,000. Specific areas of expertise include budget and financial management and coordination with Planning Committees and Vendors.
Ramella has been instrumental in the growth of SAT Meetings & Conventions by implanting a new organizational and sales model that allows SAT Meetings & Conventions to respond to clients' RFP's within 48 hours from request; maximize the relationship with suppliers and raised the RFP/Confirmation ratio considerably due to very precise and timely customer attention.
Prior to joining SAT Meetings & Conventions in 2000, Ramella served as an independent tour guide to inbound international travelers visiting states west of the Mississippi.

Sonya Pereira, Account Manager, brings more than 23 years of hospitality and travel industry experience. Pereira
plays a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective operation of individual incentive travel programs, as well as trip planning with award recipients. works directly with all vendors and DMCs to ensure that all required services are budgeted, contracted and delivered. She is also charged with overseeing all aspects of program logistics, ensuring seamlessly and successfully operating programs.
Prior to coming to SAT Meetings & Conventions in 2006, Sonya began her professional career as a flight attendant for Sri Lankan Airways (Europe, Asia, Middle East and Australia). In 1986 she was recruited as a Reservations Manager specializing in Leisure and Corporate Travel for Travel Associates in Los Angeles. She was promoted to Corporate/Leisure Travel Manager in 1995 and relocated to New York to open a branch office, where she was responsible for oversight of Operations, Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Industry Relations.
